The Schola forums are an excellent resource for all things HEMA related (and some things not!) and there is a large collection of links to online treatises and other HEMA sites.

HROARR
Resources for Historical European Martial arts. Hosting scanned versions of handwritten manuscripts and books relating to different European combat techniques. The majority were written by German or Italian fencing masters between 1200-1600AD.

Wiktenauer
A HEMA wikipedia. Lots of scans, transcriptions and translations. Categorised into Masters, Manuals and Techniques, and open for contribution from all researchers and practitioners in the Western martial arts community.

Dragon’s Tayle
A HEMA club in the North East, who practice the English art for the Longsword as it was used at the height of the Medieval period.

The Hotspur School of Defence
The HSD pursues the historically accurate study of Europe's traditional fighting arts, most commonly the use of sword between the years 1300 and 1700.

The Dragon Preservation Society
Information on traditional Western Martial Arts, including a lot of dagger techniques.
